LEC started working with North East Commercial in 2025 to support the commercial property company with its Traynor Business Park development in Peterlee.
We provide a number of services, including website, marketing, PR and social media profiling.
The Brief: To develop a new website and a corporate brochure to market the business park’s three buildings, Traynor House, Traynor Hub and Traynor North.
Requirements: To work with North East Commercial’s directors to firstly update their branding, then develop concepts for the website and brochure. The website was a start from scratch job, while the brief for the brochure was to update an existing product. However, as we began to get a better feel for the brand and company, it was clear a new brochure with a couple of different versions were needed.
Results: We developed a high quality marketing 12-page brochure for the company, which has now been printed and delivered ready for the company to use to target potential new tenants. The new website, traynorbusinesspark.co.uk, is now also live and helping drive enquiries to the business park.
